Weight-Based Shipping
Your shipping fee is determined by the total weight of your cart. The precise rate for your weight tier will be applied automatically at checkout.
Weight Limit
To ensure the safest transit for our essentials, we apply the following weight limits per order:
- Spain & Portugal (Peninsula): Up to 5 kg.
- International (EU): Up to 2 kg.
If your selection exceeds these weights, shipping will not be available at checkout.
Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla
Due to customs regulations and unique shipping restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Unforeseen Circumstances & Delivery Guarantees
While we strive to bring the Mediterranean to your door within our estimated shipping times, please note that some factors—like carrier delays, strikes, or extreme weather—are beyond our control.
In accordance with Spanish law, we guarantee a maximum delivery window of 30 days. Should any extraordinary event prevent your order from arriving within this timeframe, we will provide you with a full refund or a replacement shipment.
