Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. In accordance with EU regulations, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery to return your purchase.

Hygiene & Safety: > Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on products that remain unopened, unused, and with the original safety seal intact. Once the seal is broken or the product is used, the item is no longer eligible for return (Art. 103.e of the Spanish Consumer Law).

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and email our team at hello@oursanctuary.eu as soon as possible — we’ll make it right immediately.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
